Travellers can manage itineraries on the go with our tripscape mobile travel app. including automatic itinerary updates. pre-trip & in-trip alerts and a host of helpful travel tools to reduce traveller trip friction.
The tripscape App is available to download on both Apple’s App Store and Android’s Google Play store
- Once downloaded, on the home screen of the app, click ‘REGISTER NOW’.
- Enter your email address first, this must be your work/company email.
- Complete the sign-up form clicking ‘REGISTER’ at the bottom.
- You’ll be notified that you’ll need to activate your account via an email sent to the registered address.
- You’ll receive an email from tripscape@tripscape.travel you need to click ‘click here’ to activate your account.
Then you are good to go!

App user will click on ‘VIEW ALL’ to view their trips list.

Click ‘TRIP DETAILS’ of the trip they wish to view

To view any active alerts, click the ‘More…’ button

Select the ‘Travel Advisories’ button for Trip Alerts or ‘Destination Info’ for the Country Briefings

If any travel alerts were issued for any destination within the trip, they would be displayed here, under Travel advice

If any country briefings have been issued for any destination within the trip, they would be displayed when clicking the ‘Destination Info’ button
