Travellers should be aware that the airline Easyjet has amended its pricing. The company has introduced a £9 flat administration fee to replace the previous £8 booking fee levied on anyone paying with most debit cards. All bookings will now incur a £9.00 administration fee. Bookings made by Visa Credit Card, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, Carte Bleue (domestic transactions only) and UATP/Airplus will incur an additional fee of 2.5% of the total transaction value, with a minimum charge of £4.95, whichever is greater. The fee will not be affected by the number of passengers on each booking.
